I hope you and your loved ones are staying safe during these challenging and unusual times.
Here at Project Squared we are delighted that the government is doing all it can to enable the construction industry and its workers to slowly start working again, in a safe and controlled way.
In response to this, we are taking every measure possible to keep our workers and clients as safe as possible.
The size of our workforce can vary on different projects and we are taking measures to ensure that the individuals working on our projects are maintaining a distance of at least 2 metres away from each other whilst they are on-site, in order to adhere to governmental guidelines.
Other measures we now have in place include the following:
- Limiting physical interactions between tradesmen, clients and suppliers.
- Reducing the number of tradesmen on site at any one time where possible.
- Creating specific walkways through a construction site to enforce the appropriate distance of physical separation.
- Ensuring any team members stay at home if they are displaying symptoms and self-isolate as per government guidelines
- Providing gloves, face masks and hand sanitiser to ensure appropriate hygiene for all workers.
- Making sure that all on-site deliveries are all done safely and with no or minimal contact.
We continue to monitor this evolving situation and the governmental advice and guidelines to ensure that all projects are carried out safely, and that the welfare of our clients and tradesmen is prioritised.
